Hospice at home are a wonderful friendly caring team. You endeavoured to help us both with medical and emotional support. The service you provided us with was invaluable to having my husband home and we cannot thank you enough.

We was able to express our feelings with you at a time when we needed the emotional support. You were there to listen to our concerns and wishes for Dan to spend the time he had left at home with his family around him.

I wish I was able to speak to someone earlier in her stay in hospital. As we so desperately wanted to have her at home because we knew that was his ultimate wish too.

Hospice care at home were so attentive and treated mum with respect they made her final week as comfortable and pain free as possible. Without these great people we would not have coped.

Incredible service was provided to our family by the hospice team. They helped my granddad have a peaceful and dignified last few days of life at home with his family where he wanted to be. The whole team have been amazing. The service made a challenging and unknown time for the family to feel supported and guided while keeping grandads wishes at the forefront. As a family the support was more than we could have hoped for. Each hospice nurse came in and were so kind caring engaged and provided person centred care to grandad but also the whole family. I have no words to express as a family grateful we are that your support enabled us to provide family led care to grandad. He was an incredible, witty, clever, interesting and interested family man and much loved and I know he would have thought the world of you all. Keep doing what you’re doing and the biggest thanks you.

My family and myself wanted to thank Rachel Willmott so much for sitting with my husband until we arrived. We had hoped to go home but this wasn’t possible and quickly changed. It’s such a comfort to know he wasn’t alone. We are all missing him so much he was such an amazing husband, father, friend. Thank you for your kindness to my husband and to myself and to my family .

Every member of the care team were always friendly, bubbly and filled us with confidence that he was there no.1 priority. They were excellent. Ther communication wth us as a family was always clear. An outstanding team.
